The Developer have put plans forward to convert Westfield House office block into 39 units. The building, spread over three-floors, totals 23,713 sq ft of potential residential space. In addition, the ground-floor will comprise of retail and food outlets with 35 underground car parking spaces and secure bicycle storage. The complete project will be worth £4.5 million.
The building, once redeveloped, will provide suitable accommodation for young professionals and students. Given the ideal positioning of the development equidistant to both Sheffield Hallam University and The University of Sheffield.
