MCR Homes’s After Sales team are committed to making sure your experience of buying property is as worry-free as possible and customer care is our number one priority. Our professional and dedicated staff, provide unique before, during and after-sales service. The team will take care of your immediate individual property needs. We aim to find the best possible solution for all of our clients and cover all eventualities associated with new build homes.

Part of our After Sales team is the Sales Progression team - a department of highly skilled property professionals with detailed knowledge of the conveyancing process and surveying issues. This knowledge combined with solution conscious attitude ensure a smooth process for all of our clients. In turn, the Sales Progressors will liaise with solicitors, third parties and the rest of the chain to coordinate time scales and investigate potential hold-ups.
